I feel the pain
rolling through my chest.
When I sleep at night, it is so hard to rest
Relax.

I feel the pain when an argument hurts an innocent person.
It is not the same, like a different version.
Keep Calm.

I feel the pain when a mother struggles
to put food in her house,
clothes on the backs of her children,
and shoes on their feet.
Work.

I feel the pain when a person loses a loved one.
This pain lives with sadness.
Relax.

I felt the pain, because you and I can make a change.
Better choices, better lives, and a brighter future
when our community is saved.
